The qualitative range of Superslick UHMW-PE Vertical Glandless Centrifugal Pump, "2-piece bearing housing" design (series SSL) offered by us has earned huge accolades for its reliable performance, lower down-time and spares consumption. This full-scale version comes integrated with an independent shaft housed in a two-piece bearing housing with each bearing sitting in its own bearing-carrier. This allows the shaft to take higher load and be connected to the motor using a standard flexible coupling. This most rugged design in turn allows operating at higher loads continuously to deliver higher higher flow rates at higher heads. Higher size pumps operate at the popular 4-pole speed. Flow rates range up to 600 M3/hr. These pumps have proven success stories in large gas washing / scrubbing systems and effluent treatment plants with least downtime. In pickling line recirculation system, these pumps are helping reduction in effluent generation itself.
