Special material used on front NGV profile and the hardness of the NGV profile is maximum as compared to any other NGV receptacle. This ensures the highest cycle life and less wear-tear due to nozzle connection/disconnection.
Due to the sleek, internal aero-dynamic design of the TN1 receptacle chatter caused due to filling process is greatly reduced and maximum flow rate is achieved. The WEH TN1 has an integrated check valve system designed to minimize the effect that dirt particles have on sealing components within the receptacle. Therefore, the TN1 receptacle is a very durable unit minimizing maintenance & downtime.
Compatible with all the nozzles designed for NGV1 receptacle.
High flow rate as compared to any other NGV1 receptacles.
Non contact, non chatter check valve insures the highest cycle life and less wear-tear of internal seals.
Receptacle approved to ECE R110 and ISO14469
Working Pressure: 200 bar
50 micron self cleaning filter with excellent flow rate is provided at the inlet of the receptacle.
Various end connection and customized solutions are possible.
Working temperature range is -40 to 120 degree C which allows mounting the receptacle at any location including engine compartment.
