Bajaj bearings are made of SAE 52100 grade bearing steel (as per international standard), i.e. cups, cones and rollers are made of SAE 52100 material. Steel is used to make bearings and in some products, we use nylon cages for longer life, in general products. The cage material used is CRC cold pressed, the raceways and rollers are hardened and tempered with 62~64 HRC. The bearings are inspected using highly sophisticated computerized equipment to ensure proper operation, and the bearings components are checked against strict quality specifications and stringent quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and longer lasting life. With modern technologies and skilled labor the raceway and rollers undergo polishing process to achieve excellent surface finish.
