Lamina International: An export arm of the Lamina Group. Establishment of Lamina Suspension Products Under the technical plan three promoter directors Mr. N.V. was incorporated as a limited liability company. In the year 1976, Hegde, Mr. T.R. Shenoy and Mr. Guruprasad Adyanthaya. It was established as a small scale industrial unit for manufacturing and selling of leaf springs for automobiles. The unit located at Baikampad Industrial Area, Mangalore, Karnataka State, India has 6? acre parcel. The total built up area of the various buildings located in this complex is approximately 200,000 square feet. It has authorized/connected power of 650 KVA. It also has 2 standby generators of 165 KVA each to ensure continuity of generation even during power cuts. The unit entered production in 1977 with an initial capacity of 2,000 million tonnes per annum.
