We manufacture Pinions from forging materials like EN 9, EN 19, EN 24,etc.   We manufacture Pinions in all the standard and non standard modules right up to 50 Module.   We supply these to the Cement, Steel, Mining, Engineering, Marine, Sugar Industries.   A)Size /capacity :- From dia 200mm upto 3500mm   B) Pitch – ½" , 1", 1.5", 3/8", ¾", 5/8" , 2" , 2.5" (available cutters)   C)Types of Process done in our workshop- Turning/Machining, Hobbing/Teeth cutting, Keyway cutting, Drilling &Tapping, Bore Grinding etc...   C)Material – forging ( EN 9, EN 19 , EN 24, ), Alloy steel grade,S.S , P.B , and Cast steel – IS 2708, IS2704, IS2644.   D) All type of Hardening – ( Flame Hardening, Induction Hardening, Volume/through Hardening , case Carburizing & hardening, Nitriding, stress Relieving & Shrink Fitting– services available with us from our well know customers since last 30 years)   E) Finish – Hobbing Finish.       We manufacture all types of Industrial gears and pinion in standard and non standard grade and Module. These are Manuafctured with forgings as well as steel casting or iron casting as required by our customers.This gears are used in cement Indl., Sugar Indl., Crane Indl., Power Transmission sector, Defence Sector, Ship Building Sector, Autombile sector, Airospace Sector, Paper Milling Indl...etc.
