Our highly flexible copper laminated flexible connectors are manufactured by stacking several foils of high conductivity electrolyic grade copper of thickness 0.04 mm and above and then applying high current under high pressure. This is a special metal diffusion process where by the metal itself melts and forms homogenous bond without using any filler material thus giving a very negligible, almost nil millivolt drop across the connector,there by reducing the temperature rise and increasing the current capacity of the connectorOur Flexible Jumpers are widely used in general electrical industries, Switchgear Industries,Automobile Industries, power plants, caustic soda, chlorine plant by using Mercury Cell, ModularCell, Membrane Cell, Diapharam cell, Hypochlorite cell, Manganese dioxide cell and CathodicProtection, Bus Ducts, Transformer, V. C. B., Welding Machine.Our Flexible Expansion Connectors are made from Electrolytic Copper foils of 0.03mm to 0.3mmthick to suit flexibility as per customers application and requirements. We offer Flexible jumperswith contact areas HOT PRESS WELDED up to 250 mm wide and 50mm thick.
